Sync, Backup, Password

Support Supervisor -

Create a free Group account right from the app if you have not already done so. This will upload your information to the web portal & backup current data (not history).

Sign-in to the same Group using the other device app.

Choose "Use group data" when prompted in the device with "less data". This will download your information to it.

Choose "Merge the app and group" on the device with up to date date.

Use a computer web browser to sign-in at the Web Portal www.grocerygadgets.com to work with your data and the information will be synced to your iPhone and vice-versa.

In case you want to have a history of back ups, use your iTunes backup tool.

You can also sync your devices by sending an email invitation with "Invite Others" tool.

If you forgot your password and can't sign in to your Group - press "Forgot password" and recover your password by Group Name or by Email.

You can also recover your password through the Web Portal www.grocerygadgets.com

    I'm getting a syncing arror when joyning my group "The sertificate for this server is invalid". please fix the problem.

    I have the pro version and thought the iOS app would sync additions and changes back to the web portal but it doesn't seem to do that!? Please advise or instruct.

    I have the most recent app and it will not sync on an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.0.2 and it says cannot connect to the server, what is the clitch/bug or do I have to abandon Grocery Gadget?

    Hi. I have a doubt.

    I created a group and added many items. I let my brother know about this awesome app and he downloaded it also. He joined my group so that he woud have the same items we usually buy. But the issue is that I realized the shopping list is also synced. What should I do to have the items synced but not the shopping list (things to buy)?
